Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our organization. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with our business needs.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs, enhancing their skills and knowledge to support our business goals.
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids, awarding benefit contracts, and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records, and providing access to information as needed.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing their skills and knowledge to support our business goals.
  • Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, and making recommendations for improvements.
