  4. Present reports and analytics findings clearly to management and stakeholders.">
  5. Collaborate with department teams to identify reporting needs and provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making processes.">
  6. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to compile, interpret, and present data effectively.">
  7. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reports through regular data audits.">
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.">
">Requirements">

Work Experience:

">

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in reporting, data analysis, or a related analytics-focused role.

">

Education:

">

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from a reputable and recognized institute.

">

Candidates from chartered accountancy (ACCA, CA) track who have completed training in a recognized accounting & audit firm will be preferred.

">

Skills:

">

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization, and macros.

">

Familiarity with analytics modules of care management software and interactive dashboards.

">

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

">

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.

">

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

">

Experience working within healthcare, particularly care coordination or patient management.

">

Knowledge of additional analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

">

Workdays: Monday - Friday

">

Work hours: Night shift

">
