We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to oversee all financial aspects of our organization.

Job Description
  • Oversight of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll management.
  • Ensure compliance with USA accounting laws and regulations, including GAAP, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and be proficient in managing USA company accounts and payrolls. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to the overall financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with USA accounting laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  3. Payroll Management: Manage and process payrolls in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting financial analysis and reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. A strong understanding of USA accounting laws and regulations is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and experience in managing USA company accounts and payrolls.
