**Program Overview:** The Human Development Programme (HDP) aims to support human development through a multidisciplinary and research-based approach. Its initial focus is early childhood, a period of life that lays the foundation for all future learning, development, and wellbeing.

HDP applies an integrated approach to education, health, nutrition, and stimulation in early years. It aims to provide the support needed to promote holistic child development by enhancing physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities of children to help them become healthy competent individuals participating productively and effectively in their societies.

The programme seeks to build the capacity of professionals, parents, and communities who have the responsibility of providing a strong foundation and learning opportunities for ensuring a good start in life to every child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure implementation of all project activities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the project
  • Monitor project goals and objectives
  • Develop training materials
  • Oversee logistics arrangements
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's degree in a discipline related to ECD
  • At least five years of experience in designing and conducting projects in education or early child development
  • Good experience of conducting/coordinating trainings and capacity building
  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of qualitative research methods
  • Strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and other local languages
  • Willingsness to travel extensively across Pakistan
