The role of a Senior Product Operations Associate is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning and optimization of products and services. This team serves as a bridge across departments - product development, commercial, marketing, and operations - driving collaboration and alignment.

  • Establish content strategies to ensure consistency and relevance on the food app.
  • Maintain alignment across all in-app content sources to deliver seamless experiences for users.
  • Track and evaluate content performance post-launch, iterating and scaling up based on insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, provide product support, and coordinate product and feature releases.
  • Monitor product performance to spot gaps and inefficiencies, work with teams to develop solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, tech support, and marketing.
  • Analyse data to evaluate feature performance and assess opportunities for new improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align the platform with customer expectations.
