Job Title: Production Operations Manager

The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a cost-effective manner and meeting high standards of manufacturing quality. Key responsibilities include planning and executing production schedules, coordinating with R&D and QC teams to obtain necessary approvals, managing day-to-day production activities, and implementing strategies to reduce rework and wastage.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master's in Operations/Production Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in production planning and operations, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in production workflows, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate production data and drive process optimization while ensuring quality.
