Financial Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial support professional to assist with our financial operations. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our financial records, processing transactions, inventory management, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong accounting skills and at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or manufacturing industry.
- Manage company accounts and vendors effectively.
- Keep financial records up to date, including ledgers, invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts accurately.
- Prepare financial statements and reports on time and with precision.
- Match bank statements and record all financial transactions correctly and efficiently.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes seamlessly.
- Track and review production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Oversee inventory by tracking stock levels, organizing orders, and ensuring accurate stock management practices.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks requiring attention to detail.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
