We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and possess strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design proposals to clients
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings throughout the duration of projects
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
