
Production Operations Leader

The role of the Operations Manager is to oversee and direct all production activities, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing budgets, overseeing the production process, and maintaining quality control.
Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate production activities across multiple teams, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting customer expectations.
- To develop and implement production strategies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- To analyze and resolve production-related problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- To lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

- Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve items.
- Standing: able to stand for discussions.
