Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve operational excellence.">
  • Audit cleanliness, service, inventory, and staff performance during regular site visits.">
  • Hire, train, and mentor baristas and staff to maintain high performance and morale.">
  • Develop shift schedules, labor management strategies, and training plans in coordination with the team.">
  • Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development and succession planning.">
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered at every location.">
  • Monitor guest feedback channels and resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism.">
  • Owning the P&L of each outlet and ensuring financial targets are met.">
  • Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and wastage to maximize profitability.">
  • Work with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.">
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.">
