About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and reporting on quarterly and annual hiring plans, collaborating with hiring managers to define qualification criteria and staffing needs.
  • Creating and publishing job ads on various platforms, networking with potential hires through social media and events, and representing the company at job fairs.
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles, creating shortlists of the most qualified applicants.
  • Tracking and reporting hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire, while designing and measuring candidate experience surveys to improve recruitment practices.
  • Training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods, ensuring an effective and standardized recruitment process.
