Senior ASP .NET MVC Developer Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASP .NET MVC Developer to design, develop and customize innovative web applications, web APIs and web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coding for application and database development using best software development practices.
  • Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Maintaining, expanding and scaling websites and applications.
  • Performing requirement gap analysis and requirements specifications reviews.
  • Working on application code design and database schema design.
  • Ensuring coding standards, best practices and code review guidelines are followed.
  • Responsible for unit/integration testing to deliver optimal services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sound concepts of architectural patterns, design patterns, OOP and RDBMS.
  • Proven working experience in web application development and database development.
  • Expert-level skills with web application frameworks ASP.NET, Entity Framework and LINQ.
  • Proven working experience with ASP.NET web APIs utilizing maximum features.
  • Solid understanding and experience of how web applications work, including web application lifecycles, security, session management and caching.
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, self-learner and positive person.
