Key Responsibilities:

  2. Proposal Development: Develop new sales proposals and contract renewals that meet client requirements.
  3. Database Updates: Ensure that all database entries are up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
  5. Reports and Analysis: Create comprehensive reports on sales and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Troubleshooting: Resolve any payment-related concerns efficiently.
  9. Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue prospects and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Customer Service Experience: Proven work experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar role.
  2. Customer Service Background: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  3. CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM) is essential.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
