Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our social media team in managing all social media platforms.

Key responsibilities include delegating duties, facilitating meetings with clients, and monitoring analytics to ensure campaign success.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent knowledge of several social media platforms and possess strong communication skills.

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Brief the social media team on client requirements and expectations.
  • Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor analytics for campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide feedback to clients, highlighting campaign successes and areas for growth.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and guiding employees.
  • Relevant degree in Communication or a related field, with prior experience in marketing or social media.
