Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000

Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

Dreamways Travels is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Travel Operations Specialist who is passionate about travel, marketing, and creative content creation. This hybrid role requires expertise in graphic design, social media marketing, and travel operations (including airline ticketing and tour itinerary planning).

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Marketing
  • Design engaging posts, stories, and reels for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Develop and manage monthly social media calendars.
  • Run sponsored ads and boost posts to maximize reach.
  • Monitor insights and analytics to improve page performance.
  • Create and manage travel campaigns and promotional content.
Graphic Design
  • Design travel brochures, itineraries, flyers, banners, and other promotional material.
  • Edit videos and reels for social media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Travel & Ticketing Operations
  • Handle domestic and international airline ticket bookings.
  • Prepare customized tour itineraries for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for tour requirements and provide travel consultancy.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and client communications.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and graphics design.
  • Familiarity with travel industry software (e.g., Galileo/Sabre/Abacus) is a plus.
  • Good communication and client handling skills.
  • Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
