Job Overview:

The role involves supporting the payroll department in processing and maintaining accurate payroll records for employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll Processing:
    1. Assist in processing the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with statutory regulations.
    2. Verify and process salary disbursements and other related payments on time.
  2. Statutory Compliance:
    1. Ensure payroll complies with statutory obligations, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and LWF.
    2. Prepare and submit necessary payroll-related filings and documentation to government authorities within deadlines.
  3. Employee Records:
    1. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files, including new hires, terminations, leave balances, and salary changes.
    2. Process employee benefits, such as leave encashment, medical reimbursements, and other entitlements.
  4. Query Resolution:
    1. Address payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and clear responses.
