Education and Training Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Education Counsellor. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding international students in finding the best institutions for their learning and career goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and customer service. You will be working closely with students, families, and education providers to provide excellent counselling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information on study opportunities, local education systems, culture, and geography
  • Assist with application documentation and facilitate enrolments
  • Promote IDP products and services
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer service environments with target achievement
  • Understanding of the education sector, student placement, immigration requirements, and processes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience as an Education Counsellor or similar role
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluency in English (verbal and written)
