Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Student Support: Provide initial information and guidance to students on study abroad options.
  2. Process Facilitation: Manage administrative tasks related to student applications, including document collection and application tracking.
  3. Communication: Maintain regular communication with students to ensure they are updated on their application status.
  4. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate student records in our database.
  5. Event Assistance: Support the organization and execution of educational fairs and seminars.
  6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure students are progressing through their application process smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduation or Professional Qualification.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Living Experience: Previous living experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
