We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, resolving bugs and configuration issues, and documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to clients, resolving bugs and configuration issues, and documenting solutions.">
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to gather and document business requirements.">
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.">
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and system architecture.">
  • Work closely with developers and IT teams to ensure successful system implementation, testing, and deployment.">
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing for new developments, releases, and implementations.">
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders during system rollout, including training.">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.">
  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.">
