Job Responsibilities

  • Performance management systems: Contribute to the development and execution of performance management systems to enhance productivity and growth.
  • Data analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain student data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.

  • Commission structures: Develop and refine commission structures for campus ambassadors to incentivize high performance.
