About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional support as required.
  • Issue ID badges as needed.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing calls, manage emails, and handle mail correspondence.
  • Present a positive and professional first impression at all times.
  • Perform general office administration tasks and maintain inventory.
  • Conduct additional service tasks such as organizing taxis, transfers, and timetables.
  • Provide administrative, finance, and facilities management support to our team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front-of-house, reception, or customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in a facilities management environment is highly desirable.

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • You have strong organizational skills, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • You possess good written and spoken English language skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
