We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of administrative tasks and warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative support and warehouse coordination. You will be tasked with identifying and resolving issues and conflicts among project team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, such as inventory management, storage, and shipping/receiving.
- Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
