About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our project management team and support in delivering successful projects. If you're passionate about project management and have a strong desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and identify risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with planned costs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
