A teaching position is available at the School of Languages & Literature, Lahore Campus.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Lecturer:
    Applicants must hold a First Class MS/MPhil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institution with no third division in the academic career.
  2. Assistant Professor:
    Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized University/Institution.
  3. Associate Professor:
    An Associate Professor should have a Ph.D. in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institution.
  4. Professor:
    A Professor should hold a minimum qualification of Ph.D. from a recognized Institution in the relevant field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For Lecturer: The applicant must have 10 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization OR 5 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.

For Assistant Professor: A candidate should have 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized University or a postgraduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in a recognized university, a postgraduate institution, or professional experience in a relevant field in a National or International organization.

Courses and Specializations:

The following courses are required for this position: Foundation of Literary Theory & Criticism, Geography, Morphology, Human Rights & Citizenship, International Relations, Environmental Studies, Pakistani Literature and other relevant courses.
