Highly Skilled System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our messaging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 at an expert level.
- Monitor email flow, security, performance, and availability across the Exchange environment.
- Perform Exchange server upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions.
- Collaborate on projects involving public cloud services, especially AWS.
- Support virtual infrastructure hosted on VMware, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting VMs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system administration or messaging roles.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Exchange Server, M365, or Azure) are beneficial.
- Expert-level experience in Exchange Server 2019 administration and troubleshooting.
