Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Computing and Infrastructure
    • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Oversee the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, desktops, and network resources.
    • Ensure high availability and scalability of services by monitoring cloud performance.
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery
    • Design and maintain robust backup and recovery solutions to protect critical business data.
    • Regularly test disaster recovery plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Optimize Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Ensure seamless integration and performance of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
  • DevOps Practices
    • Implement efficient DevOps methodologies for software deployment, monitoring, and operation.
    • Automate processes and workflows to improve system reliability and reduce manual interventions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and develop a high-performing IT team to achieve organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • System Security and Compliance
    • Implement robust security measures to protect IT systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate IT standards.
  • IT Strategy and Innovation
    • Stay updated with emerging IT trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business operations.
    • Lead IT infrastructure projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in IT management, with expertise in virtual machines, backup services, Microsoft 365 suite administration, and DevOps practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of networking, system security, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator/Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified, or DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities.
