  • Sales Growth: Drive incremental product growth through various sales channels, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Team Management: Ensure the team supports departmental objectives and achieves targets by providing guidance, resources, and support.
  • Project Execution: Facilitate project execution and development, empowering team members to meet set targets and deadlines.
  • Client Feedback: Conduct regular surveys with clients to understand their needs and preferences, driving customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products from existing lines, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Partnerships: Identify potential partnering opportunities that drive business growth and expand our network.
  • Sales Networking: Foster relationships to create sales networking opportunities, promoting collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Team Leader (Sales) and Marketing in team-building activities, enhancing collective performance and morale.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly basis, tracking progress toward goals and objectives.
