Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Estimation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing and submitting accurate estimates for the United States Market.

Your key duties will include:

  • Evaluating all quotes and proposals to ensure compliance with the scope of work.
  • Developing high-level cost estimates for multiple projects.
  • Resolving cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Assisting with generating and organizing final proposal deliverables for submission.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in US-based projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific takeoff software such as Plan Swift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.
  • A complete understanding of the CSI divisions from 22-26 and all associated concepts.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with estimating software.
