Are you an Estimation Engineer with expertise in US-based estimation? We're hiring a GC Estimator to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting construction projects from conception to completion

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Shift: Night Shift

Summer: 6 PM to 3 AM

Winter: 7 PM to 4 AM

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare detailed material take-offs and estimates based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
  2. Communicate bids and scope details clearly with project managers, supervisors, and contractors/subcontractors.
  3. Analyze design and constructability to identify cost-effective solutions.
  4. Prepare and assemble bids/proposals for various contract types.
  5. Review tender documents and manage RFIs for precise bid submissions.
  6. Collaborate with operations, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  7. Manage risk evaluations and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  8. Maintain a 'Lessons Learned' database for continuous project improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of US-based estimation experience.
  2. Ability to handle all trades (GC + MEP).
  3. Proficiency in Plan Swift, MS Office, and related estimation tools.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Project management and supervision skills are a plus.
