Senior Retail Operations Manager

The successful candidate will lead the retail operations team to achieve monthly sales targets through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing godown operations, and developing innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer shopping experiences.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee transportation logistics to ensure efficient delivery and collection of goods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities and collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

In addition, the Senior Retail Operations Manager will serve as a liaison between the retail team and the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive monthly sales targets through effective visual merchandising, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
  2. Oversee godown operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
  3. Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer shopping experiences.
  4. Manage transportation logistics to ensure efficient delivery and collection of goods.
  5. Identify new marketing opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
