
Senior Sales Director

This position oversees sales operations, meeting targets and managing distribution channels in assigned areas. Develop close relationships with dealers, sub-traders and consumers to grow business organically and explore new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in designated zones.
- Monitor sales data and stay updated on current market trends and customer needs.
- Generate and compile market intelligence and maintain customer profiles.
- Foster sales promotion and interactive relationships with sub-trades and their customers.
- Track sales performance of distribution networks.
- Deliver timely management reports.
- Stay aware of competitive activities and develop counter strategies to retain business.
- Maintain self-discipline and strong CRM skills to deliver value to customers.
- Provide pricing information and make recommendations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives for line managers.
Managing Performance-based Partnerships
- Perform under pressure.
- Deliver results through interactions with diverse groups.
- Build strong relationships with peers and customers.
- Ensure smooth sales operations.

- Maintain a clear focus on end customers while serving them through dealers.
- Implement promotions and unique trade marketing tools to ensure growth and share retention.
- Track market arrivals and report to management for decision-making.
- Develop dealer teams to serve the market better on our offerings.
- Ensure dealers have sufficient resources for optimal end customer contact and create value.
- Modernize working methods with a focus on digitalization to create efficiencies in dealers' businesses and interfaces with customers and partners.
Extending Values to Channel Partners
- Ensure dealers follow high safety standards as laid out by Ingredion. Replicate Ingredion's safety mindset in dealers.
- Organize safety trainings and awareness sessions with dealers.
- Implement compliance and ethics policies, ensuring utmost implementation of Ingredion's vision and values. Maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
- Continuously coach and develop dealers and their staff on safety and compliance.
- Integrate with dealers under Rafhan Maize/Ingredion culture by creating opportunities for engagement and implementing established best practices.
- Explore new markets using established criteria to measure potential dealers' merit.
- Nurture market knowledge and networking to tap good potential partners.
- Analyze data to establish need for dealer addition.
Requirements
- Must be based in Multan.
- 3-5 years of experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English, Urdu, and local language.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or MBA without technical background.
- Detailed knowledge of B2B business and distribution systems.
- Proficient in Computer, MS Office, and reporting systems.
- Sales experience is essential, including formal training and education in selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable successful sales track record.
- Can-do attitude to achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of costing and financial analysis to drive pricing mechanisms.
