We are massively expanding into the Pakistan market and need to fill the position below:

Job Title: Director of Sales

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Nationwide Pakistan

Job Field: Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities
  1. Strive to secure market expansion by signing new investors for our current products.
  2. According to the demand analysis of each target customer group in the region and the company's annual investment plan, decompose and formulate the specific sales goals of the sales personnel in the region.
  3. Organize subordinates to implement sales policies and strategies, guide subordinates' sales skills, check and supervise the completion of sales plans, and correct deviations in time to ensure the realization of market share and investment goals in the region. Lead and urge subordinates to establish and improve local networks and achieve established investment goals.
  4. Must demonstrate the ability to motivate the team, provide coaching, and understand how to develop sales staff.
  5. Fully understand the changes in the market and competitors, understand the layout of the passenger flow market, and pay attention to changes in the market structure.
  6. Track the daily sales reception activities of each salesperson and review the sales record card.
  7. Organize regular meetings of sales staff.
