Job Title:
Business Development Lead
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Lead is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve targets.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Additionally, the successful candidate will negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while maintaining integrity and ethics, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of successful sales performance in a similar industry or market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred, not always required).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
