Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director at Aziz Group of Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in Sahiwal and Vehari regions.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for prepaid and postpaid services.
- Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory control and minimize losses.
- Lead a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Chief Product Officers (CPOs), providing guidance and support to achieve their targets and conduct regular market visits.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing franchisees in the designated area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance sales and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry and possess strong analytical skills.
- Develop effective communication and management strategies to influence key decisions.
- Pursue additional sales opportunities in designated regions, enhancing overall effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports to management.
