  6. Self-driven motivation, level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment in performing job tasks.
  7. Competencies Level: required/desired knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job tasks efficiently/effectively, including performance level (quantity of output plus quality of output).
  8. Efficient DSF management of sales officers.
  9. Up-to-date market and product knowledge of DSF.
  10. Relationship with distributors and retailers, effective handling of quality complaints, damages, and leakages.
  11. Quality of Market intelligence reports.
  12. Effective implementation of competitive strategies.
