- Efficient DSF management of sales officers.
- Up-to-date market and product knowledge of DSF.
- Relationship with distributors and retailers, effective handling of quality complaints, damages, and leakages.
- Quality of Market intelligence reports.
- Effective implementation of competitive strategies.
