Cybersecurity Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead our Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance (GRC) team. As a key member of NADRA Technologies Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our assets.

Your primary focus will be on risk management, compliance, and governance, ensuring that our organization adheres to industry standards and best practices.

• Develop and implement robust security policies, procedures, and frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Leverage your expertise in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls to create and maintain a secure IT environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security, with a Master's degree in Cyber Security preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles, with certifications in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies, policies, and procedures.

• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying information regarding security and compliance to various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex information security risks, evaluate compliance gaps, and develop effective solutions.
