As a Brand Manager - Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building supplier relationships, and developing strategies to bring top-quality home care products to retailers across Pakistan. About the Role

This position involves executing procurement tasks, including issuing purchase orders and managing supplier relations for home care products. You will travel extensively across Pakistan for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement-related activities. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing pricing strategies based on market trends and demand fluctuations.

You will monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of high-demand products. Additionally, you will stay updated on market movements in the home care sector, including detergent price fluctuations, demand shifts, and competitor activities. Your collaboration with category managers and procurement leads will drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute procurement tasks, including POs and managing supplier relations.
  • Travel extensively for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement activities.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market trends and demand fluctuations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Stay updated on market movements in the home care sector.
  • Collaborate with category managers and procurement leads.
Requirements:
  • >5 years of experience in home care management and supply chain.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Passionate about B2B commerce and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
