Software Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to sell our software solutions to new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell company software products and services to prospective and existing clients by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable software solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other sales strategies, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both in person and online.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiate pricing and terms of agreements in line with company policies, and meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns, and stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in software sales or a related field (minimum 1–3 years preferred) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a strong understanding of software solutions and how they address customer needs, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales, a technical background or understanding of software development concepts, and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
