Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and address clients' business needs, providing tailored solutions to increase sales and operational efficiency.
- Promote and explain our services, ensuring clients understand the value they bring to their business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-specific strategies and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is mandatory for success in this role.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
