Gala Labs LTD is a forward-thinking Web3 entertainment company that empowers creators and fans to build the future of entertainment. We are launching a new office in Pakistan to further strengthen our global presence.

We are seeking an experienced Pakistan Office Setup Specialist to lead the setup and daily operations of our new office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing office logistics, managing human resources functions, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

This role requires a highly skilled and proactive professional who can establish a workplace culture that aligns with our company's values and fosters growth. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence in the Web3 industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the day-to-day operations of the new office.
  • Manage office logistics, including procurement of office supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a safe, productive, and collaborative environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any office-related matters and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Organise office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management and HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle office operations and HR functions concurrently.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations.
  • Proficiency in office management tools, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and make independent decisions.
