BSCS or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Working knowledge of PC Components and technical naming conventions.
  2. Working Knowledge of PC Software.
  3. Time Management and Organizational Skills.
  4. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint MS Office Products.
  5. Setup Client Services meetings, take notes and post appropriately.
  6. Must be accurate and have attention to detail, track and meet deadlines.
  7. Maintains and distributes reports on PC refresh data, PC Leasing schedules/buy-out data and PC asset information.
  8. Primary coordinator for PC refresh and leasing schedules, working with IT, Procurement and Business teams.
  9. Ensures monthly business communication reports are completed and distributed to CSS teams.
  10. Primary IT contact for provisioning activities, attending weekly meetings and ensuring all Client Services assigned tasks are completed.
  11. Participates in process improvement efforts.
  12. Serves as a subject matter expert for PC Data and associated initiatives.
  13. Participates in process improvement efforts.
  14. Serves as a project team member for initiatives related to provisioning and Client Services.
