Project Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• Review project initiative plans and develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and proactively develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Identify existing resources and their capacity, evaluate the need for additional resources, allocate resources including personnel and materials for optimal project execution while ensuring adherence to budget constraints and project timelines.
• Offer constructive feedback to contribute to the professional development of team members.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve complex issues, providing technical leadership where necessary in the execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee projects related to inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory systems and developing doable strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of inventory management processes.
• Manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
• Perform calculations of costs, material, labor, and time required for each project and perform quality control checks on all systems along with robust testing.
• Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by leading projects focused on optimizing operational processes within the department.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards and organizational guidelines, implementing rigorous quality assurance protocols for all projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure project success in dynamic environments.
• Provide regular project updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions, establishing clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders.
• Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, assessing the efficacy and efficiency of a project once it is completed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Identify and assess risks under management/ownership.
• Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under management.
• Monitor risks and response strategies under management.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in engineering projects.
• Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
