Underwriting Expert Required

We are seeking a seasoned Underwriter to support the growth of our business by underwriting new and existing policies. In this role, you will play a vital part in contributing to our underwriting processes, collaborating with colleagues, and identifying risk concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert underwriting guidance to financial advisers to support new business relationships
  • Contribute to the development of our underwriting processes and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of data protection regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and company policies
  • Identify and report risk concerns to the head of underwriting
  • Apply extensive knowledge of insurance products and experience working in high-authority underwriting teams
  • Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
  • A highly experienced Underwriter with a strong background in insurance products
  • Experience working in an underwriting team with high authority for income protection products
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
