**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Manager to oversee the entire billing process for corporate clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of our company's billing activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely invoicing.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to manage and maintain accurate records of corporate billing, including tracking payments, outstanding invoices, and reconciliations with the sales team.
  • They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with the corporate sales team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • To ensure seamless customer service, the Credit and Collections Manager will need to communicate effectively with clients, reconcile discrepancies, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data will be essential in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update records of corporate billing, ensuring accurate tracking of billing, payments, and outstanding invoices.
  • Build strong relationships with the corporate sales team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation with the sales team to maintain smooth customer receivable balances.
  • Possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies with clients if issues arise.
