This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Risk Analyst based in Head Office, Karāchi. The Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risks associated with loan portfolios. Daily tasks include performing risk analysis, managing credit portfolios, conducting financial assessments, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. The role also entails evaluating credit worthiness, developing risk models, and producing reports to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of activities and reports from Area Credit Managers (ACMs) and Credit Verification Officers (CVOs).
  • Provide administrative support to ACMs and CVOs for tasks originating from Head Office.
  • Assist branches in gathering required documentation for onboarding specialized customer segments (e.g., goldsmiths).
  • Consolidate reports from regional teams for review and decision-making at HO.
  • Support various tasks assigned by the Risk Management Department.
  • Recommend improvements to credit policies and procedures to enhance quality and strengthen credit controls.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, banking, or microfinance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis expertise
  • Strong report writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Management
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
