The role of Oracle/SQL Specialist involves supporting the development manager in planning and administering product support and development. Key responsibilities include solution design, system setup and maintenance, and issue resolution.

Key Features of the Role

This position requires functional and technical expertise in Oracle/SQL. You will work alongside senior business and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and contribute to designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Team with key client stakeholders to define business requirements and design solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle/SQL.
  • Manage process redesign and implementation.
Requirements

You will have experience working on large-scale Oracle/SQL implementation programs, delivering projects on time and to budget. Client-facing experience within multiple industries is welcomed, as well as deep Oracle/SQL functional or technical architecture expertise.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Applications 11i and Release 12.
  • Familiarity with SQL 2008 and all previous versions of SQL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules (Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Training & Event Management, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Payroll etc).

A minimum 2.1 Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required, preferably with a consulting background and experience of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementation project lifecycles.
