
Sales Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to excel in our dynamic sales environment as a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers through a consultative approach to selling.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing industry knowledge and expertise to create and close new opportunities.
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts by leveraging your expertise and knowledge of CRM systems to drive revenue growth.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, ensuring successful outcomes that meet the expectations of all parties involved.
- Briefly Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and strategic partnership building.
- A minimum of 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, including data analysis and reporting to inform sales strategies.
- A proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas through exceptional sales skills and market insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and persuasively.
- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level.
