Shopify Expert Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce infrastructure. They will be responsible for playing a critical role in developing and managing D2C and B2B e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopify Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations to ensure seamless user experience.
  • B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients' specific needs.
  • Backend System Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more to drive sales and growth.
  • Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

Required skills include extensive Shopify expertise, experience working with Shopify apps, proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation, strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis, and Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.

Preferred qualifications include a background in web development or data science, and experience managing blended D2C and B2B Shopify stores for high-growth brands.
