Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the organization of community meetings and ensure equal participation from all community members. The successful candidate will oversee the identification of potential project target villages, conduct need assessments, and sensitize communities about project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the organization of consultative community meetings
  • Identify potential project target villages and conduct need assessments
  • Sensitize communities about project activities and its outcomes

Requirements:

  • University degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community mobilization, dispute resolution, and organizing trainings and awareness activities
  • Working knowledge of English and Urdu

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Ability to work and act under pressure in a multicultural environment
  • Capacity to plan, prioritize, and deliver tasks on time
  • Experience working with NGOs and international organizations an asset
