Senior Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Manager to join our organization. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical direction of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain a high-level technical understanding of each project, including architecture and technologies used.
  • Complete performance reviews for team members, recommending career growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to project proposals, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage project delivery, including upcoming milestones and technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a development team of 3+ people.
  • Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and implementations.
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with Stripe's payment gateway would be advantageous.
